Hey Friends, Welcome to ItsMahajan.Today's dish is Soyabean Chilli. I used to eat in My Hometown. But here in Pune this Dish is Missing from almost all of Restourants Menu. It's one of Nutritious dish you can have. Expectially Soyabean is Rich Soure of Protein's. Try this amazing recipe once. For kids it's best. Lets Get Started...

Ingrediants

  • Soyabean(Soaked)-2/3 cups
  • Cabbage(grated)- 2 cups
  • Capsicum(shimla mirch)-1 cups
  • Onion(chopped)-1
  • Spring onion- 1/4 cup(optional)
  • Green Chilli - 2
  • Jeera(optional but it gives nice taste)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1/3 tsp
  • Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce- 3 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce- 3 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 3 tsp
  • Schezwan Sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Manchurian Masala
  • Cooking Oil

Procedure

  • Firstly, Wash the Mini Soyabens and Soaked them in water for 10 mins.
  • Now remove the water of Soyabeans and keep in a large bowl.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, all purpose flour, corn flour, and fresh coriander leaves.
  • mMix everthing nicely, Coat the spices nicely as shown in the video.
  • Now heat up the oil in kadai, fry the Soyabeans on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
  • In same way fry all the Soyabeans and remove in a plate.
  • Now in same kadai, add chopped ginger,garlic and chopped onions. Saute them for a min.
  • Add chopped capsicum,chopped cabbage and saute them well.
  • Now add spices, red chilli powder, coriander powder, soya sauce, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce. Saute it well.
  • Now add cornflour slurry and cook for a min as shown in the video.
  • Add prepared Soyabean Tikka and mix them well. Add cabbage and cook for 5 mins.
  • Here our Crispy Soyabean Chilli is ready. Wow they look so Yummy Crispy in taste and Perfect Mini Soyabean Chilli. Enjoy😋
