Ingredients For Nutrela Biriyani :
- Soaked Soyabeans
- Boiled Rice
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Carrot
- 1 Chopped capsicum
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Chopped Potato ( Optional )
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 3-4 Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- Oil

Procedure
- Fristly Boiled the Rice and keep aside
- Take a Kadai / Pan ,heat the oil and add Chopped Potato saute it and let cooked untill golden brown.
- Add Cumin seeds and Mustard seeds,saute it.
- Add Curry leaves and saute it.
- Add Chopped Carrot , Cook For 5 mins.
- Add Chopped Capsicum ,Chopped Tomato and Chopped Onion , Saute it well.
- Add Ginger/Garlic Paste and saute well.
- Now add Spices Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder , Coriander Powder and Garam Masala. Mix well.
- Add Soaked Soyabeans and mix it.
- Lastly, add Boiled Rice. Mix it properly and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Here Our Yummy Soyabean Biriyani / Nutrela Biriyani is ready.
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with any Salad.
