As everyone like to eat this Ladoo but then we think it is difficult to make at home.? So, we bring this from outside😬, but Guy's don't worry here is the simple recipe which will make your Diwali very special and joyful😊... Today we are going to make Besan Ladoo just like a food vendor which will be very मऊ-मऊ रवेदार बेसन लाडू. What is Besan Ladoo...?

  • Historically, Laddoos were created for their medicinal purposes. Comprised of healthful ingredients such as desi ghee, dates, chickpea flour, nuts and seeds, these sweets were meant to invigorate the weak and nourish individuals...
  • There are many different types of Laddoos, but one of the Laddo is very famous and healthy that is Besan laddoo. Besan Laddoo is also used as medicinal purpose because it containd healthy ingrdients. So, here is the recipe let's see...

PROCESS :

  • Take a kadai, add Besan, roast it for a small time to get rid of the smell.
  • Now add the hal amount of ghee in Besan and roast it well on medium flame.
  • Roast it for minimum 15 mins or otherwise your Besan will remain raw.
  • Roast the Besan evenly until it changes its colour to a golden brown. You can also add food colour or turmeric powder.
  • Here I am making pure Besan Ladoo so, I didn't add any colour.
  • Keep roasting the Besan until it gives you aromatic smell.
  • If the Besan is roasted well than only it gives you nice binding to make perfect Ladoos..
  • Now add remaining ghee in this mixture and keep roasting until it starts releasing the ghee.
  • Do this process on low flame otherwise mixture will burn.
  • Here our mixture starts to release the ghee and perfectly roasted.
  • The mixture has to change into golden brown colour. Again roast it for 2-3 mins.
  • If our Ladoos mixture is perfectly roasted than Ladoos becomes very tasty.
  • For making दानेदार लड्डू follow this trick : Now sprinkle some water over the mixture and mix it well. By doing this step our ladoos will be दानेदार लड्डू.
  • Here our mixture is ready, remove in a plate and cool it at room temperature.
  • Now add Tagar/Boora(Homemade Powder Sugar)and mix it well with the Besan mixture. Knead with your hands so the sugar should combine well with the mixture.
  • Now take a portion and start to make Ladoos as shown in the video.
  • In same way make all the Besan Ladoos. Here our all दानेदार Besan Ladoos are ready.
  • NOTE : Don't add sugar in a hot mixture otherwise Ladoos will not catch it's shape properly.
