History Of Pudina...?
- Mint was used throughout history to treat stomach and digestion problems and to freshen breath. The dried leaves were used to whiten teeth and as a pest repellent. Mint is still used in medicine, in beauty products and as a food additive..
- There are some Health Benefits of Mint are :Rich in Nutrients,May Improve Irritable Bowel Syndrome,May Help Relieve Indigestion,Could Improve Brain Function,May Decrease Breastfeeding Pain,Subjectively Improves Cold Symptoms,May Mask Bad Breath,Easy to Add to Your Diet..
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 Cup Pudina Leaves
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3-4 Garlics Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Cup Semolina
- Salt as per taste
- Water
- Oil
Procedure Video...
METHOD TO MAKE DHINDRE :
- Firstly, Take a grinder jar, add Fresh Mint Leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlics Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Leaves and Salt to taste. Grind this all and make fine paste.
- Paste is ready,now remove in a bowl.
- Add Semolina and Water gradually, make a smooth batter.
- Now add Chopped Onion and Asafoetida.Mix well.
- Here Perfect batter is ready for Dosa/Dhindre.Let's start to make.
- Heat up oil on tawa take little batter and pour on tawa.Give round shape to dosa/dhindre.
- Cook for 3 mins and flip other side and cook again for 3 mins.
- Same process for another Dhindres.Cook them properly from both sides.
- So,here our Simple ,Soft, Healthy Mint Rawa Dhindre are ready...😋
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with Chutney,Sauce...etc...
- Without any Chutney also Dhinde are very awesome,YUMMY...😋
- As all knows Pudina is very Healthy...So,if kids don't eat then make in this new way...they will like it and also enjoy it....👍🙂
