History and Benifits of Moong/Mung...?
- By about 3500 years ago ,mung beans were widely cultivated throughout India.Cultivated mung beans later spread from India to China and Southeast Asia.Archaeobotanical research at the site of Khao Sam Kaeo in southern Thailand indicates that mung beans had arrived in Thailand by at least 2,200 years ago.
- Some Benfits of Moong are:Moong contains Vitamin A, B, C and E and also in many minerals including iron,calcium,and potassium.Moong are considered a healthy weight loss food as it is a low fat food rich in proteins and fibre.
- It also helps to lower the high cholesterol level in the blood system and Controls Blood Sugar Level.Green Moong also contains Vitamin B-1, Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine).
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 Cup Saoked Moong
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3-4 Garlics Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Pinch Of Asafoetida (Hing)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil

METHOD TO MAKE DHINDRE :
- Firstly Soaked the Moong overnight.
- On Second day remove all access water.
- Now take grinder jar add Saoked Moong,Green Chillies,Ginger,Cumin Seeds,Coriander Leaves and salt to taste.
- Grind this all and make a paste.
- Paste is ready,now remove in a bowl.
- Add Water gradually and make a smooth batter.
- Now add Chopped Onion and Asafoetida.Mix well.
- Here Perfect batter is ready for Dhindre.Let's start to make.
- Heat up oil on tawa take little batter and pour on tawa.Give round shape to dhindre.
- Cook for 3 mins and flip other side and cook again for 3 mins.
- Same process for another Dhindres.Cook them properly from both sides.
- So,here our Simple ,Soft, Healthy Mongache Dhindre are ready...ЁЯШЛ
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with Chutney,Sauce...etc...
- Without any Chutney also Dhinde are very awesome,YUMMY...ЁЯШЛ
- As all knows Moong are very Healthy...So,if kids don't eat then make in this new way...they will like it and also enjoy it....ЁЯСНЁЯЩВ
