What Is SMOOTH GOURD...?
- SMOOTH GOURD is known as 'Ghosali' in Konkani,'Gilka' in Marathi and in English as 'Silk Squash' or 'SMOOTH GOURD'.It is high in Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Zinc, Thiamine, Iron, Magnesium and Manganese which are all essential elements.It also helps in weight loss...

INGREDIENTS :
- 2 Chopped Smooth Gourd
- 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Ajwain
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Gram Flour
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure Video...
PROCESS :
- Fristly, Wash the Smooth Gourd. Cut into small rounded shape.
- Now take a Gram Flour in bowl, add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafoetida, Caraway Seeds and Salt. Mix well.
- Add Chopped Green Chillies and Fresh Coriander. Mix well.
- Add Chopped Smooth Gourd and Mix well.Now add water gradually and make a thick batter. Here batter is ready to make Pakoras so, let's fry them.
- Now heat up oil in kadai, Drop the Pakoras one by one and fry untill golden brown.
- Same process for second batch and so on.
- Fry all the Pakoras properly.
- Here our simple Smooth Gourd Pakoras are ready to eat...ЁЯШЛЁЯШЛЁЯШКЁЯСН
How to Serve ?
- Serve hot with Sauce or any Chutney.ЁЯШЛЁЯШЛ
