Why Steamed Food is Healthiest.. ?
- When we Steam Food it removes excess fat from it and we get LOWER CHOLESTEROL HEALTHY FOOD....

- When we cook Fry Food or Cook it in Conventional Method, Many of Vitamins and Minerals gets lost in that process. But when we Steam food Vitamis and Minerals are Preserved....
Ingrediants
- 1 cup Soaked Sago/sabudana (Overnight Soaked Sago)
- 1/2 cup peanut powder
- 2 Chopped Potatoes
- 2-3 Chopped Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (Optional)
- salt as per taste
- oil
Procedure Video...
Procedure
- Take a Kadai / Pan add 1 tbsp Oil
- Add Chopped Potatoes and Saute it.let it cooked for 5 mins untill they get soft.
- Now add Chopped Green Chillies Saute it.
- Add Chopped Ginger and saute this also.
- Remove this Potato Tadka in a Plate and let it get cool
- Now take a Bowl or Plate , add Saoked Sago in it.
- Add Peanut Powder, Salt and mix it well.
- Add Potato Tadka, Lemon Juice and Sugar.Mix it well.
- Now it's time For Steamer
- Keep any Vessel on Gas , add 2 cup Water and let it get boil.
- Now take a Kadai keep it on the vessel
- Add 1 tbsp oil, add our Sabudana mixture and saute it well
- Keep the lid and let it cooked for 25 mins
- But Check it in between after 10 mins and again keep the lid.
- Let it cooked for 15 mins
- After 15 mins remove the lid and Steam Sabudana are Cooked.
- Finallly , our Steam sabudana Khichadi is ready to serve.
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot .
- You can Serve with Curd...
- It's really very Soft and Tasty
- It will Give taste of KHATTA MEETHA because of Lemon Juice and Sugar.You also add this. It;s really Very tasty.
- So you can called it KHATTI MEETHI Sabudana kHichadi.........
