INGREDIENTS :

  • 250 gms Ivy Gourd/Tendli/Tondli
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 3-4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Homemade Garam Masala
  • 4 tbsp tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 6 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut (Optional)
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • oil

PROCESS :

  • Wash Ivy Gourd/Tendli/Tondli with water and wipe it.
  • Cut Ivy Gourd into small pieces.(In any shape you can cut Tendli,your's choice).
  • Now heat up oil in Kadai,add Cumin and Mustard Seeds.Saute for a minute.
  • Add Chopped Onion and Chopped Green Chillies.Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add Asafoetida and saute it well.Also add Chopped Garlics Cloves and Ginger Garlic Paste.Saute for a minute.
  • Now add all spices Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and Homemade Garam Masala.Saute it well.
  • Add Chopped Ivy Gourd/Tondli And mix well.Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Keep the lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  • After 5 mins open the lid and add Fresh Grated Coconut and Roasted Penut Powder.Mix well.
  • Now keep lid and cook for another 5mins.
  • Check in between add Coriander Leaves and mix it.Again keep lid and cook for 5 mins.This you have do for 3 times again on low flame.
  • Finally,Here our Ivy Gourd/Tondli/Tendli chi Bhaji is ready to serve...😋



How to Serve ?

  • Serve with Chapati,Bhakri,Rice....😋
  • Ivy Gourd or Tondli is very Healthy and Tasty Vegetable...So,Don't avoid it.Try this simple and tasty recipe...Also very easy to make in very less ingredients...👍
