INGREDIENTS :
- 250 gms Ivy Gourd/Tendli/Tondli
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 3-4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Homemade Garam Masala
- 4 tbsp tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder
- 6 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut (Optional)
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- salt as per taste
- oil
Procedure Video...
PROCESS :
- Wash Ivy Gourd/Tendli/Tondli with water and wipe it.
- Cut Ivy Gourd into small pieces.(In any shape you can cut Tendli,your's choice).
- Now heat up oil in Kadai,add Cumin and Mustard Seeds.Saute for a minute.
- Add Chopped Onion and Chopped Green Chillies.Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add Asafoetida and saute it well.Also add Chopped Garlics Cloves and Ginger Garlic Paste.Saute for a minute.
- Now add all spices Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and Homemade Garam Masala.Saute it well.
- Add Chopped Ivy Gourd/Tondli And mix well.Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Keep the lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- After 5 mins open the lid and add Fresh Grated Coconut and Roasted Penut Powder.Mix well.
- Now keep lid and cook for another 5mins.
- Check in between add Coriander Leaves and mix it.Again keep lid and cook for 5 mins.This you have do for 3 times again on low flame.
- Finally,Here our Ivy Gourd/Tondli/Tendli chi Bhaji is ready to serve...😋

- Serve with Chapati,Bhakri,Rice....😋
