What Is SMOOTH GOURD...?

INGREDIENTS :

  • 3 Chopped Smooth Gourd
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Peanut Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil
  • water

PROCESS :

  • Fristly, take a grinder jar add Green Chillies,Garlics Cloves,Ginger and Salt to taste.Make a fine paste without adding water.Paste is ready.
  • Now heat up oil in kadai,add Cumin,Mustard Seeds and Asafoetida.Saute for a min.
  • Add Prepared Green Chilli Paste and Ginger Garlic Paste.Saute for 2 min.
  • Add Chopped Onions and mix well.
  • Add Spices Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder and mix well.
  • Add Chopped Smooth Gourd/Gilke.Mix well.
  • Add Peanut Powder and mix it well.
  • Finally, add water and salt.Mix well.
  • Keep the lid and cook for 10 mins.
  • Here our झणझणीत गिलक्याचा हिरवं बट्ट is ready...😋



How to Serve ?

  • Serve hot with Chapati, Bhakri or Rice...With Rice it is best combination...Woowwwww just amazing...😋😋
