INGREDIENTS :
- 2 Cups finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1-2 Chopped Potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- Ginger Galic Paste
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 5-6 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Magic Masala (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure Video...
PROCESS :
- Heat up oil in a Pan/Kadai.Add Chopped Potatoes.Cook until they get soft.
- Add Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds and let them sizzle up.
- Add Asafoetida ,Chopped Onions Garlic Cloves and Ginger garlic paste.Fry for a minute.
- Add Turmeric Powder and Green Chillies .Mix well.
- Now add Chopped Cabbage,salt and Magaic Masala, Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Check in between and mix well.
- Now check cabbage is cooked or not.Mix well.
