Also, in very less ingredients our breakfast is getting ready. Bread Pakoda tastes awesome with Garam Masala Chai, mostly in Rainy Season. History Of Bread Pakora...?

  • In English you can simply call Bread Pakora as Bread Fritters. Bread Pakora is the North Indian term while bread bajji is a South Indian term. Bread Pakora is a much loved snack of deep fried and savory bread fritters from the North Indian Cuisine, especially Punjabi Cuisine.
  • As, this is the street breakfast and sold in very less price...also having this Bread Pakkora made by my Mother for tiffin box or evening breakfast...I like this Pakora so much. If you make this at home then you can use any stuffing of your choice...It is really very nice breakfast recipe, you also try it...below is the recipe...hope you like it...

Ingredients For Aloo Chutney:

  • 4 Slices White Bread
  • 3-4 Boiled Potatoes, Mashed
  • 6-8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ tbsp Asafoetida
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Corainder Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil

Process To Make Aloo Sabji:

  • Heat up oil in a kadai, add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Crushed Garlic Ginger Green Chilli, Chopped Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder.Saute for 2 mins.
  • Now add Boiled Potatoes and mix well.
  • Add Salt, Coriander Leaves and mix it well.Cook For 3 mins and keep it aside to cool.



Ingredients For Batter :

  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ajwain (Optional)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves(Optional)
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil



Process To Make Batter:

  • In a mixing bowl, add Gram Flour, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Salt to taste and add required water as per the consistency and mix well.
  • NOTE : Batter should be thin, not much thick in consistency.

Process To Make Bread Pakora :

  • Spread the prepared Aloo stuffing on the other side of the bread slice. Cover with another half slice and cut the edges of the bread slice or keep the bread with edges, I have kept it with edges. I'ts taste amazing.
  • Now deep into besan batter covering both the side.
  • Deep fry into hot oil. Splash oil over bread pakoda and fry on medium flame.
  • Fry till the pakora turns golden and crispy.
  • In same way fry all the Bread Pakora. Here our all Bread Pakodas are ready.😋



How to Serve ?

  • Fristly, Cut the Pakoda and Serve Bread Pakoda with Coriander Chutney, Tomato Sauce, Chopped Onions, Coriander Leaves and Fried Chillies aside.😋
