Hey Guys, It's Lockdown 5.0: Day 237, Hello Friends, Today is Republic Day, HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY TO ALL...As, it is 'Republic Day' toh kuch mitha to banta hai na...So, here is the special Republic Day new recipe that is Tiranga Halwa...It is very delicious and looks very tempting. In very few ingredients and in very less time you can your Tri Colour Halwa and anyone can make it...So, Let's start itЁЯСНEnjoy the Video. JAI HIND...ЁЯШК




History TriColour Halwa...?

  • It was salt that fired the imagination of the people of India after Gandhi’s Dandi March but those who worked with sugar were not going to be left behind in a display of patriotic solidarity. The old halwai in Varanasi, reminisced with misty eyes about the heady times when it was “bliss to be young in that dawn.
  • “The government could censor newspapers and it wasn’t easy to plaster walls with posters. This is when we created sweets that served as slogans. Tirangi Barfi on display substituted for the tricolour flag beloved of the revolutionaries and followers of Gandhi. It continues to be made on Independence Day and Republic Day. That was the time when artificial colours and flavours were taboo. In this way whole India started to make sweets in Tri Colour and celebrated the Day...

Ingredients of Recipe




INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 Cup Semolina
  • 1 Cup Ghee/Oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Dry Fruits
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  • Orange Food Colour
  • Green Food Colour

METHOD :

  • Firstly, wash the Spinach Leaves. Heat the water in a kadai, add one drop of oil in it. When the water get's boiled add Spinach Leaves and give a stir.
  • Fristly, heat up kadai/pan add Semolina/Rawa. Roast for 5 mins. Don't change it's colour.
  • Remove the roasted semolina in a plate.
  • Now heat up oil in a same kadai/pan, add dry fruits (of your choice) and saute it well for a min.
  • Add Roasted Semolina/Rawa and mix well.
  • Add Milk and mix the halwa properly.
  • Add Sugar and mix well.
  • Let the halwa cook for 5 min.
  • Here Halwa is ready.
  • Now divide the Halwa in 3 equal portions.
  • Add Orange colour in one portion and mix the halwa properly.
  • Add Green Colour in second poertion and mix the halwa properly.
  • Last White portion keep as it is.
  • Now take any dish/bowl, first add orange colour Halwa and spread it well.
  • Add White Halwa and spread it well.
  • Lastly , add Green colour Halwa spread it well.
  • Now take plate and flip it properly so Halwa should be in Tri Colour Form.
  • Finally, Here our TRIRANGA SUJI HALWA is ready...ЁЯШЛ



How to Serve ?

  • Serve Hot...with dry fruits.ЁЯШЛ
