History Of Roti....??
- Roti...Sometimes Chapati...It is type of bread used in some countries have made from Whole Wheat meal Flour called as AATA...
- India is not the only country where roti is used as a breads..there are countries like Sri Lanka, Caribbean,South Africa,Iran etc...
- In India, Accross 803.52 crore of Roties are made in Every Day. So You can think how much importantance roti has in our lives.
Ingrediants
- Leftover Chapati's
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 tbsp Cardamom Powder
- Oil

Procedure
For making Jamuns :
- Take Leftover Chapati's break into pieces and grind it in a mixer.Make fine granules as shown in the vedio.
- Now Remove it in a Plate or Bowl.
- Add Water Gradually to form a dough.
- After Dough is form make small size balls for Jamuns.Also you can give any shape.
- Here Jamuns are ready to fry.So take a Kadai add oil.
- Leave the Jamuns one by one and fry the Jamuns untill Golden brown.
- So , our Chapati's Jamuns are ready.Keep aside.
For Sugar Syrup :
- Take a Kadai add Sugar and water.
- Bring it to boil and Cardamom Powder. Cook for 10 mins.
- Sugar Syrup is ready so, remove it in a Bowl.
- Now add our Prepared Chapati's Gulab Jamuns in Syrup.
- Cover the Gulab Jamuns and give rest for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins its ready to Eat...😋👌
