Hey Guys, It's Lockdown 5.0: Day 224, Hello Guys, Today I am here with everyone's favourite dish mostly kids favourite that is Homemade Manchow Soupy Noodles. As, Still it is lockdown and many people don't allow there children's to go outside and not allowing to eat street food. So, don't worry children's here is the recipe which is very easy to make and tasty, only in few ingredients you will have your Soup and Noodles. Hungry or Thirsty? Soup solves both problems at once. History Of Soupy Noodles or Noodle Soup...?

  • Soupy Noodles or Noodle Soup refers to a variety of soups with noodles and other ingredients served in a light broth. Noodle soup is common dish across East and Southeast Asia. Various types of noodles are used, such as rice noodles, wheat noodles and egg noodles. Which is Healthy for us.
  • A Soupy Noodles that has a Western influence. It usually has chicken strips and broth, chopped vegetables, and macaroni noodles. Milk is added to give it a richer flavor. The name literally means "soup". But our side we used both veggies and chicken. Here I also had made Veg Souy Noodles.

Ingredients of Recipe




INGREDIENTS :

  • Noodles 200 gm
  • Chopped Garlic 4 tbsp
  • Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Green chillies 2-3 nos
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Cabbage
  • Chopped Spring Onion
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp + water 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Spring onion greens
  • Hot water 2 litres
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

METHOD :

  • Heat a wok/kadai on high flame, add oil, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and some freshly chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens, saut├й it for a minute.
  • Add hot water, soy sauce, salt and pepper powder to taste. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the chopped veggies and raw noodles and simmer until the noodles are boiled.
  • In a small separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water and add the mixture to the boiling soup, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Here our Hot Manchow Soupy Noodles is ready to be servedЁЯШЛ
  • NOTE : You can add any Veggies of your choice. Not compulsory to add same veggies as shown.

  • Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy the Soupy Noodles at home.ЁЯШЛ
