Hello Guys, Many of us Love Street Food, In Street Food, Most of People Lovess Chinese Food.As we all are stucked in Lockdown, but don't worry guy's we are here for you. Just Follow Our Recipe bellow.So we were thinking about tring something in chinese so we decided to post Hakka Noodlles because many people's Loves Hakka Noodle Including Me and My Family. Espectialy Childreens Loves to eat Hakka Noodle's So This Post is for Their MOM's.It doesn't requires any special Ingrediants and Skills to make You just have to follow our Steps. We have Started Showing picture's for each step so you can just follow the Pictorial Steps and You will get the HAKKA NOODLE!!!!




History Of Hakka Noodles

  • Hakka people China first Cookked this Recipe but the Hakka Noodle's We Eat Today Every Where is not their Dish Entirely.
  • So basically , When India was not Independant and we have British,At that Time some these HAKKA cooks Migrated to India and They Tried their Noodle Recipe With our Indian Sauces and Indian Spice's.
  • Which Gave Birth to Delicious Dish HAKKA NOODLE's. So This is not Pure Chinese Recipe. Indian Chinese Version of Hakka Noodles...

Ingredients of Recipe




INGREDIENTS :

  • Pani - 2 liter
  • Salt- taste according
  • Hakka Noodles - 200g
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Jeera ½ tsp (Optional)
  • Garlic / Lehsun - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger / Adrak - 3 tbsp
  • Green / Red Chilli - 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage / Patta Gobhi - 1 cup
  • Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder - ½ tsp (Optional)
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion / Pyaaz - 2
  • Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 big
  • Noodles MASALA

Procedure

  • Boil 6 cups water in a large pot or a deep pan and bring it to boil over medium flame. When it comes to rolling boil, add dried noodles, 1/2 tablespoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Boil until noodles are soft, it will take around 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally in between.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer it to colander to drain excess water. Pour 1-2 cups cold water over boiled noodles and drain again to remove excess stickiness.
  • 1. Boil NOODLES only until they are soft but not mushy.
  • 2. In this recipe, we have used the HAKKA noodles but you can use noodles of any brand easily available in your nearest store.
  • Take a Pan/deep Kadai Add 3 tbsp Oil add Jeera then chopped Onions, Capsicum, Green /Red chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Cabbage. Saute it for 2/3 mins.Add Noodles Masala 3tbsp, Red chilli powder, RED chilli sauce 3tbsp , SOYA sauce 3 tbsp , Tomato sauce 3 tbsp .Mix them and Saute it for 1 min .Atlast Add boiled Noodles
  • Mix it well that all sauce should stuck them properly for that toss it properly. If you are not able to toss then you can use Spachula's .Let it cook for 3mins .Finally our HAKKA NOODLES are done.
  • Now Serve HAKKA NOODLES in plate / bowl with RED CHILLI SAUCE or TOMATO SAUCE and garnish it with Spring Onion or Cabbage ....



How to Serve ?

  • Serve Hot with Tomato Sauce and schezwan Chutney...
  • Garnish With Chopped Cabbage Spring Onions.....
