Hii Guys, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 118...So guys..Welcome to the to the ItsMahajan's Kitchen...Today we have made a special recipe ...Bharleli Bhendi...This is the very popular bhendi dish and you will find it in every restaurants main course...So what is the reason that makes this dish that much tasty and popular..So there are 3 reason..its texture, its softness and stuffing..So Lets Gets Started👍👍.....
Benefits of Eating Okra (Bhindi)?
- Bhendi is Good for Eyes and Its is also very good for skin...So having intake of Bhendi twice in week keeps skin and eye diseases away from us....
- Immunity is anather important benefit of eating bhendi...It also increase our immunity...In this Difficult Situation of Covid we all need to increase our Immunity..
- If you have Constipetion problem, Then eating bhendi will solve this problem and also decreases your pain..
- Intake of Bhendi also lowers the Cholesterol Levels..
Ingredients
For Stuffing
- 3-4 tbsp Peanut Powder
- 1/4 cup grated dry Coconut
- 4-5 finely Chopped Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Goda Masala / Kala Masala
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
For Bhaji
- 250 gms Bhendi
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger / Garlic Paste
- Finely Chopped Coriander leaves

Procedure
For Stuffing :
- Heat up Kadai on medium heat.
- Add coconut and Fry for a minute.
- Add garlic and fry it for a minute
- Add sesame seeds and roast on medium heat for just a minuute.
- Turn off the gas and transfer the mixture into blender pot when it cools down.
- Grind the mixture into coarse powder. Do not grind into fine powder.
- Now take a Bowl add Peanut Powder , Kala masala, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and salt .
- Mix everything well together.
- Stuffing for bharali bhendi is ready.
For Bhaji :
- Take bhendi and wash it.
- Dry it completely and cut off it's stalk. Cut it into small equal pieces.
- Give a slit across. Do not cut it completely. Just give a slit and divide the bhendi into 2 parts.
- Fill the stuffing in each bhendi and keep it aside.
- If some stuffing is left, keep it aside. When bhendi is almost cooked, add this leftover stuffing into bhaji.
- Now Heat up oil in a Kadai. You can use less oil if you want.
- When oil is enough hot, add Cumin Seeds , Ginger / garlic Paste saute it , then add Stuffed bhendi and mix well.
- Cover and cook for just 5 minutes. Never cook bhendi continuously covered or it will be too sticky.
- After 5 minutes, remove the lid mix well.
- Cook bhendi uncovered on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Keep on stirring bhendi or masala or bhendi will get over roasted.
- When bhendi is almost cooked, add the leftover masala in it and mix well.
- Fry for another 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Here our Bharli Bhendi is ready.
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot.....Bharli Bhindi can be serve with Bhakri, Fulka or Chapati. ....It is very tasty ....just try it once..
- Also Bahrli Bhindi is Best option for lunch box .
