Hey There, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 28. Today's dish is Soyabean Chilli. I used to eat in My Hometown. But here in Pune this Dish is Missing from almost all of Restourants Menu. Its one of Nutritious dish you can have. Expectially Soyabean is Rich Soure of Protein's. Lets Get Started....

Ingrediants
- Soyabean(Soaked)-2/3 cups
- Cabbage(grated)- 2 cups
- Capsicum(shimla mirch)-1 cups
- Onion(chopped)-1
- Spring onion- 1/4 cup(optional)
- Green Chilli - 2
- Jeera(optional but it gives nice taste)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/3 tsp
- Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce- 3 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce- 3 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 3 tsp
- Schezwan Sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Manchurian Masala
- Cooking Oil

Step 1
- Take Bowl Add Some Water and Soaked Soyabeans in it.Soaked it for 10 mins
- Now Remove Excess of Water from it. It should Look like the Picture.
Step 2
- Take a Plate Add Soyabeans, Coat It with Corn Flour, All Purpose Flour (Maida) , Red Chilli Powder , Pinch of Salt.
- Mix it Well that All Flour should Coated to Soyabean in Proper Manner. It should Look Like Picture.
Step 5
- Take a Pan / Kadai Add 3 Spoon Oil in it. I have the Same Oil which I used for Frying the Soyabeans.
Step 16
- Now Add Noodles Masala/Manchurian Masala Saute it for 3 mins (salt for optional because all Sauces, Masales Contains Salt Already so I dont Add it but If you want more salt you can Add it).
Step 17
- Now Take Small Bowl Add 2 tbsp Corn Flour , Water and Mix Well . Our Corn Flour Slury is Ready for Use.
Step 19
- Finally Add Fried Crispy Soyabeans in our Gravy and Mix it Well for 3 Mins. Make Sure that all Our Sauces Should Stick to Soyabeans
Step 21
- Garnish it with Cabbage , Spring Onion(optional).
- You can serve it with sauce
