History Of Aloo Matar...?
- This easy Indian Aloo Matar – Pea and Potato is done in 15 minutes, requires only a few basic ingredients and is such a simple and quick plant-based weeknight meal, tiffin box, lunch. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free...We can make so many dishes by Peas and Potatoes.One of that this we have prepared, which is easy to make no jhanjhant of any masalas.

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 Cup Fresh Peas
- 2 Chopped Potatoes
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomatoes
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 4-5 Chopped Garlics
- 1 inch Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
- Salt as per taste
- Oil
Procedure Video...
METHOD :
- Heat up oil in a kadai, add Cumin, Mustard Seeds and Asafoetida. Saute for a min.
- Add Chopped Ginger, Garlics and Onions. Saute for 2 mins.
- Add Chopped Tomatoes, mix well and cook till soft
- Now add Fresh Peas, mix it well. Add all spices Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, mix well.
- Add Chopped Potatoes and fresh Coriander Leaves. Mix well and cover the lid, cook for 1o mins.
- Here our Aloo Matar ki Sabji is ready to serve.
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with Chapati or Puri…
- Aloo Matar Ki Sabji is very simple to make and in winter Peas are best for health…any one can make it. In very less ingredients you can make your tiffin box.
