As, this is the Season of Winter and mostly of Harebare Vegetables ka...Toh kyu na kuch healthy, tasty aur haribari recipe ho jaye...So, Today I have came with new dish that is PEAS/MATAR KI BIRIYANI. This MATAR KI BIRIYANI or MATAR PULAO ia very tasty and delicious dish, also very simple to make in very less ingredients. Any one make it in just 15 minsЁЯШЛ. History Of Peas Biriyani/Pulao...?

  • In India, various types of Biriyani/Pulao are made and Peas Pulao is one of the popular amaong the Indian Pulao recipes.Peas Biriyani can be prepared in various ways, but few people prefer to make a White Pulao while others options are Yellowish Color...This Peas Pulao can be also prepared in Dum or in pressure cooker or sometimes just by frying cooked rice and spices in a kadai./wok...
  • As, Peas are a good source of vitamins C and E, zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen your immune system.So, we should have it in our meal...It's Healthy for us because it is a geen vegetables...Other nutrients, such as vitamins A and B and coumestrol, help to reduce inflammation and lower your risk of chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis...

INGREDIENTS :

  • Boiled Basmati Rice
  • 1 Cup Fresh Peas
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 inch Chopped Ginger
  • 4-5 Chopped Garlics
  • 4-5 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Oil

METHOD :

  • Fristly, take a grinder jar add Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlics and 4 tbsp Fresh Green Peas. Grind this all coarsly. Don’t make fine paste.
  • Now heat up oil in kadai, add Cumin, Mustard Seeds and Asafoetida. Saute for a minute.
  • Now add Chopped Potatoes. Cook until soft.
  • Add Chopped Ginger and Garlics. Saute for a min.
  • Add prepared Chili and Peas Paste. Saute for 3 mins.
  • Add Chopped Onions and Chopped Tomatoes. Mix well and cook for a min.
  • Now add Fresh Green Peas/Matar and mix well. Keep the lid and cook for 3 mins.
  • Add all spices Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder. Mix well.
  • Finally, add Boiled Rice and mix properly. Add Salt as per taste and mix it.
  • Cover it and let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Here our Haribari Green Peas/Matar Biriyani is ready…ЁЯШЛ
  • NOTE : You can add any vegetables of your choice…



How to Serve ?

  • Serve Hot with any salad, papad, pickle, onion, lemon or eat as it is…
  • As it is season of Green Vegetable especially Peas Season So, try this new recipe in new way…it is really amazing…
