Ingredients :
For Rice :
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Bay Leaves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5-6 Black Pepper
- 5-6 Cloves
- Water
- Oil
For Spinach/Palak Biryani :
- 1 Cup Spinach/Palak Paste
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Potato
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Chopped Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Homemade Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- Oil
Procedure Video...
Procedure :
For Rice :
- Heat up oil in Kadai add,Bay Leaves,Cinnamon Stick,Black Pepper,Cloves.Saute it.
- Add water and bring it to boil and add Salt to taste
- Add wash Rice.Mix well and Cook upto 80%.
- Here Rice is ready.Strain the rice in a plate and keep aside.
For Spinach/Palak Paste :
- Firstly,wash the Spinach properly.
- Now heat the water in kadai,add Spinach and cook for 5 mins.
- After 5 mins turn off the flame.Remove access water and keep aside.
For Spinach/Palak Biryani :
- Heat up oil in kadai/pan add Chopped Potatoes and cook until get soft.
- Add Cumin,Mustard seeds and Asafoedita.saute it for a min.
- Add Chopped Onions,Red Chilli,Capsicum and Ginger Garlic Paste.Saute well for 3 mins.
- Add all spices Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder and Homemade Garam Masala.Mix the spices properly.
- Now add our prepared Spinach Paste and salt to taste.Mix well and cooked for 2 mins.
- Lastly,add Boiled Rice and mix well.
- Keep the lid and cook the biriyani for 5 mins.
- And here our Healthy Green Spinach Biriyani/Pulao is ready.🍽🍲😋
- NOTE :You can add any vegertables of your choice...
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with salad.Garnish with Spinach Leaves(Optional)...But by adding leaves it's taste is amazing...🍲😋
- As,many Children's don't eat green vegetables...So,Muumy's can give this SPINACH BIRIYANI in tiffin box or lunch or any time you can have it....It is best option.👍😊
