INGREDIENTS :
For the Dough :
- 2 cups whole wheat flour / All Purpose Flour
- Salt to taste
- Caraway Seeds (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil/Ghee
- Water as required
For the Filling :
- 2 large Potatoes, boiled and grated
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger/Garlics
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
- ½ tsp Asafetida
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3-4 Curry Leaves(Optional)
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Ghee/Oil for roasting

Procedure :
For the dough :
- Add whole wheat flour/All Purpose Flour , Salt, Caraway Seeds and ghee/oil to a bowl. Mix well and form a crumb like mixture.
- Add water as required and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Add oil to the dough and knead a little till its absorbed.
For the filling :
- Heat up oil in Pan/Kadai, Add Cumin Seeds,Mustard Seeds,Asafetida.Saute it well.
- Now add Chopped Green Chillies, Chopped Ginger/Garlics and Chopped Onions.Saute it well.
- Add all spices Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder.Mix well.
- Lastly, add Boiled Potatoes and salt.Mix well and cook for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame,add Fresh Coriander Leaves and here Our Aloo Stuffing is ready.Keep it aside.
- Now divide the prepared dough into equal portions, and form small lemon sized balls.
- Roll them into flat disc with a rolling pin and add the prepared Aloo stuffing in the centre.
- Roll into a potli, remove the excess dough and roll back into a disc.
- Heat a tawa, add the prepared paratha and roast on both sides for 30 seconds each, flip over and brush with ghee/oil, flip over and roast till brown spots appear.
- Here Our ALOO PARATHA is ready.ЁЯШК
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot...Serve with Sauce , Curd or any Chutney...
- Without any chutney also this ALOO PARATHA is Very Delicious.....Yummy....ЁЯШЛЁЯСМ
