Hii Guys, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 82, I am back with another Weird and Tasty Paratha Dish that is "Gajar ka Paratha".Many of you have not seen this dish. This dish very simple to make and which does not require any special ingredients you just need Gajar (Carrots).This kind of dish which we can give in tiffin box to childrens also you can have it in breakfast too. Intresting fact about Paratha ?
- Paratha is the dish which has too many variations. Variations in sense you can make it in many ways and each time it well taste differently, only similarity between them is, they all are delecious.
- First Paratha was Discovered in 12th Century offcaurce in India but it was Sweet in Taste. Later it was expremented with Different way in Different Country.
- Traditional Indian Parathas does not use Maida (all purpose flour). It was variation done by other countries. For Healthy diet we should use Whole Wheat Flour.
- If we compare our daily used Roti(Chapatis) with Paratha we will surprise paratha is more healthy even it is fried in cow ghee.
Ingredients
- Grated Carrots (рдЧाрдЬрд░ )
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp ( рдЬीрд░ा )
- Mustard seeds 1 tbsp (рдоोрд╣िрд░ी )
- Oil
- Caraway (рдЕрдЬрд╡ाрдЗрди ) 1 tbsp
- Sesame Seed (рд╕реЮेрдж рдЯिрд▓ ) 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste(рдЕрджрд░рдХ рд▓рд╣рд╕ुрдирди ) 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala (рдЧрд░рдо рдорд╕ाрд▓ा )1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder (рд▓ाрд▓ рдоिрд░्рдЪ рдкाрд╡рдбрд░ )2 tbsp
- Salt (рдирдордХ )as per taste
- Coriander Powder (рдзрдиिрдпा )1 tbsp
- Roasted Garm flour (рдмेрд╕рди ) 1 tbsp
- wheat flour (рдЧेрд╣ू рдХा рдЖрддा ) 1/2 cup
- coriander leaves (рдзрдиिрдпा)

Procedure
Process to make Carrot Chutney.
- Take a Pan / Kadai add oil in it. Add Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds ,Sesame seeds. Saute it well.
- Now add Ginger Garlic paste and saute it.
- Now add Grated Gajar. Mix it well.
- Now Add Garam masala, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and salt.Mix all the masala well.
- Cover the chutney by keeping lid and let it cooked for 15 mins.
- Finally Our Carrot Chutney is ready.Cool it.
Process to make Paratha and Puri:
- Take a Plate add Carrot chutney and Wheat flour .
- Now add Roasted Gram Flour, Caraway Seeds and Salt as per taste.
- Mix it well and make soft dough for Paratha as well as Puri.
- Now take lemon size ball And roll the Paratha and roast it on tawa.
- Same for Puri roll it in lemon size and fry it in oil.
- Finally, our Masaledar Carrot ( Gajar ) Paratha as well as Carrot ( Gajar ) Puri is ready to Serve.
