So, today we are going to see this unique recipe of Bitter Gourd. Which is very quick to make and only in 10 mins you will have your breakfast or tea time snacks. Try it once it's really very amazing recipe. Many of us dont like Bitter Gourd and Childrens also dont eat so this recipe is perfect. What is Bitter Gourd and Benefits.?
- Bitter Gourd is known as Karla in Marathi and Karela in Hindi. IBitter gourd acts as a hypoglycemic agent. It is rich source of soluble fiber and is low in glycemic index, which helps in lowering the blood sugar level. It is an excellent source of dietary fiber. Regular consumption of bitter gourd contributes to relieving constipation and indigestion.
- Health Benefits of Karela, As a rich source of antioxidants, flavonoids, and other polyphenol compounds, bitter gourd may help to reduce your risks for a number of health issues. It's ery Healthy for our body.
INGREDIENTS :
- 2-3 Bitter Gourd(Karela,Karla).
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder.
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala.
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida.
- Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- 6-8 tbsp Gram Flour.
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil to fry.
Procedure Video...
PROCESS :
- Fristly, Wash the Bitter Gourd(Karla,Karela). Cut into small rounded shape like rings as shown in the video.
- Take a Salt Water and soaked the Karela rings for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins, Remove the water. Now add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafoetida, Garam Masala, Gram Flour, Corn Flour and Fresh Coriander Leaves. Mix well.
- Coat the all Karela Rings nicely, Masala should be coated nicely.
- Now heat up the pan, add Oil and keep Karela Rings one by one.
- Fry untill golden brown and crispy from both the sides. Same process for second batch and so on.
- Fry all the Karelas properly.
- Here our Krispy Karela Fry are ready to eat.😋
How to Serve ?
- Serve hot with Rice, Chaptai, Dal Rice, Sauce or any Chutney. Actually simply also they are amaing in taste.😋😋
- The Bitter Gourd Fry/Chips Recipe is very very simple and in 10 mins you can have your tea time snacks or breakfast.😋😋
