For you on this Festival Special week there is amazing recipe which will make your day that is Paan Ladoo. As, many like Paan to eat but have you ever tried Paan Ladoo...? If not then don't worry here is the recipe just watch the video and make it at home. Recipe is also very simple and in few ingredients you can make your Paan ladoo. You can have this Paan Ladoo after Lunch or Dinner it's really awesome and also you can store it in a fridge for a week. History Of Paan... ?
- Paan is a preparation combining betel leaf with areca nut widely consumed throughout Southeast Asia, South Asia (Indian subcontinent) and East Asia (mainly Taiwan). It is chewed for its stimulant effects. After chewing, it is either spat out or swallowed. Paan has many variations. Slaked lime (chuna) paste is commonly added to bind the leaves. Some preparations in the Indian subcontinent include katha paste or mukhwas to freshen the breath...
- There are many variaties os Paan one of that is Magahi. Magahi is an expensive variety of betel which is grown in Aurangabad, Gaya and Nalanda districts of central Bihar. It is non-fibrous, sweeter, tastier and the softest of the lot. Amazing thing is that with Paan we can make many recipes. Here is my recipe do tr it.
Ingredients :
- 6-7 Paan
- Dry Fruits
- Gulkand
- 4 tbsp Milk
- Green Food Colour
- 1 Cup Coconut Powder
- 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
Procedure Video...
Procedure :
- Fristly, take a mixer jar add Paan (break into small pieces) and Condensed Milk.
- Now blend it and make a fine paste.
- Paan Paste is ready keep aside.
- Now heat up the kadai, add Coconut Powder and roast for 3 mins. Don't burn it.
- Add prepared Paan paste and mix well.
- Combine the paste very well and keep mixing continueosly.
- Add Green Food Colour(Optiopnal) and mix well.
- Add Milk and mix it well. Keep mixing until it combines well.
- Here our Paan mixture is ready, cool it completely.
- After mixture is cooled, start to make Ladoos. Stuff the Gulkand dry Fruits mixture and give ladoo shape as shown in the video.
- Here oue all Paan ladoos are ready😋👌.
- If you want without stuffing then you can skip the stuffing process or with any stuffing you can make the Ladoos.
How to Serve ?
- Serve the Ladoo with stuffing or without stuffing it's your choice. Garnish the Paan Laddo with Cherry or any Dry Fruits. After Lunch or Dinner you can serve this Paan Ladoo as a Mukhwas it's really amazing.👍
