Hi Friends, Welcome to Its Mahajan. Today I am here with Khandesh Special Til Shengdanyachi Chutney in an authentic way. This Traditional Maharashtrian Chutney is very simple to make and in just a few mins it is done. Friends, I will share something with you that in school days I was always taking this Chutney in my tiffin box or picnic. I was always telling to My Mom to prepare it and at home, I was eating this Chutney with any meal especially with Khichdi I Love it so much...You can have this Chutney with Chapati, Bhakri, or Rice, with Rice it is just awesome. So, You also try this and you can store it or in 2 mins fresh you can make it also while traveling you can carry it... So, Let's Get StartedЁЯСНЁЯСН...




Intresting fact about Shengdanychi Chatni?

  • Til Shendanyachi Chutney is the Traditional Maharashtrian Chutney which is very simple to make and in just a very few mins it is done. This chutney can be carried anywhere with Bhakri or Chapati.
  • Also, many different recipes can be prepared of peanuts, Many people will confuse with Marathi word Chatni but in Khandesh Maharashtra Dry Sabjis are called chatni so, don't worry it will be a sabji not chatni.
  • I think having this kinda dish once weak will be good for metabolism. Nowadays we all avoid eating chatni because of raw oil. But in this dish oils cooked well. It is a better alternative for eating chatni with raw oil. Also, you can make like this sabzi of peanuts enjoy it...
  • This recipe also solves many digestion problems so, it is all in one package.

  • 2 Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Cup Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 8-10 Dry Red Chillies
  • 4 tbsp Red Chili Powder(Optional)
  • salt as per taste

  • Take a mixer jar, add Roasted Peanuts, Roasted Sesame Seeds, Dry Chillies and Salt.
  • Close the jar and grind the chutney coarsly, don't grind the chutney continueosly.
  • Finally, here our Dry Til Shengdana Chati / Shengdanyachi Chutney is ready to Serve.



How to Serve ?

  • Serve with Chapati or Bhakri or with any meal.
