Hii Guys, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 97, In Khandesh Maharashtra, there this dish called shengdanychi chatni it is basically Peanut Sabji..This is kind a dish you can make when you dont have any vegitables available at home and you are tired to go outside. Then you can try this yummy dish. For me, I can eat it anytime I want..And delicious part Is, it tastes so Awesome when we eat it with Garam Garam (Hot) Chapati..This recipe is close to my heart because my mom (Aai) used to make it for me so do try. Ingredients are so simple and will not require any special ingredients, all the things are easily available at home for this. .Lets Gets Started👍👍.....
Intresting fact about Shengdanychi Chatni?
- Many people will confuse with marathi word Chatni but in Khandesh Maharashtra Dry Sabjis are called as chatni so dont worry it will be a sabji not chatni.
- I think having this kinda dish once in weak will be good for metabolism. Now days we all avoid eating chatni because of raw oil.But in this dish oils cooked well. It is better alternative for eating chatni with raw oil.
- This recipe also solves many digestion problems so it is all in one package.
Ingredients
- 1-2 Cup Peanut Powder
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 8-10 Chopped Garlics
- 1 tbsp cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- salt as per taste

Procedure
- Take Oil in a Kadai , Add Cumin Seeds. saute it.
- Add Chopped Onions and SAute it.
- Add Chopped Garlics and cook for 3 mins.
- Now Add Masalas Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder & Coriander Powder and mix it well.
- Add Peanut Powder Mix it and add water as per qauntity.
- Add salt as per taste and cook for 15-20 mins.
- Finally , Shengdanechi Chati / Shengdanechi Bhaji is ready to Serve hot.
How to Serve ?
- Serve Hot with Chapati or Bhakri.
- It's Very Simple and easy to make.No Rocket Science is needed.😀
