Intresting Fact about CABBAGE...?
- Cabbage is low in saturated fat and cholesterol. Cabbage is high in dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, potassium, manganese, vitamin A, thiamin, vitamin B6, calcium and iron. One cup of cabbage is about 15 calories.Drinking juiced cabbage is known to assist in curing stomach and intestinal ulcers...
- Also there are many different varieties of cabbage, the most common are:Green cabbage ,Red cabbage ,Savoy cabbage and many more...
INGREDIENTS :
- Cabbage
- 3 Boiled Potatoes
- 3 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp CorianderPowder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- salt to taste
- Oil

Procedure
- Fristly, we will make Stuffing So, Heat up the oil in Kadai add Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds. saute it well for 2 mins.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste. saute it.
- Add Chopped Green Chillies and Capsicum.saute it for 2 mins.
- Now add Spices Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder , Coriander Powder. saute it well.
- Add Boiled Smashed Potatoes and mix well.
- Add Salt and cook for 5 mins.
- Here Stuffing is ready. Keep aside.
- NOTE : You can add more spices in Chutney.I made it very simple.
- Now Heat the water in Kadai.Bring it to Boil.
- Take whole Cabbage Leaves and add in boiling water.
- Cook the Cabbage Leaves For 10 mins.
- Here Leaves are cooked.Keep aside.
- Now it's time to make Rolls.
- Take one Leave add Potato Stuffing in it and Roll the leaves properly.
- In same way make all the Cabbage rolls.
- Now heat the water in Kadai.
- On other side grease the oil to strainer.Now keep all the Prepared Cabbage Rolls one by one.
- Water is boil.Keep the Strainer on kadai properly and close the lid.
- Steam the Cabbage Rolls for 20 mins.
- After 2 mins check the Rolls and here VEG STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS are raady.ЁЯемЁЯМпЁЯемЁЯМп
- CABBAGE ROLLS are ready to serve.ЁЯШЛЁЯемЁЯМп
How to Serve ?
- Garnish it with Chopped Onions , Chopped Capsicum , Sauce...etc...
- Serve it with Sauce or Mayonnaise.
- NOTE : You can use anything for Garnishing.
