Hey There, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 106...Todays Prasad is going to be yummiest and easiest prasad of your life...Choco Biscuit Modak..Just a five minutes recipe..Don't Worry Guys We will not need Refrigerator / Dark Chocolate or any Special Ingredients...You will just need Biscuits like Hide and Seak which is very common and available everywhere....And one more thing guys please do comment about your feedback...we will definetly work on it....Lets Gets Started...




Why Ganeshji Loves Modak.... ?

  • Once upon time during Satyuga...the Chef in SwargaLoka Made a unique dish called Modak...and Said one who will eat this Modak will become Legend in Devtas...
  • So each and every devta wanted to eat this unique dish and because of that they started fighting among eachother...To find any solution of this problem Narad,Indra and Other Devtas went to Kailash to meet Shivji..
  • Shivji suggested to have race between all the devtas...whoever will run around the universe for 3 time first will get this Modak...
  • All the Devtas where participated in this Race including Ganeshji..And Ultimately Ganeshji wins that race..

Ingredients :

  • Choco biscuits (any biscuits)
  • 4 tbsp Malai

Stuffing :

  • Any dry fruits
  • Peanut butter

Procedure

  • Take any Choco Biscuits
  • Grind it in a mixer and make fine powder
  • Now Remove it in a bowl
  • Add malai and make a soft dough
  • Rest it for 10 mins
  • Now fill the mixture in Modak mold and for filling take dessicated coconut or peanut butter
  • You can use any dry fruits for filling
  • Here our Choco Biscuits Modak are ready
  • Choco Biscuits Modak are very simple to make and also delicious in taste...😋😋👌🏻👌🏻
  • In very few minutes this Modak get ready😊
