Hii Guys, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 96, As I promised you guys I will bring unique dishes infront of you so today's dish is Gobi Kofta..I can assure you that you have not eaten this kinda kofta in your life..Gobi kofta again is healthy alternative to hotels style Kofta Curry..We will have whole different post for making Tandoori Roti at home same as hotels soon...so don't worry about Tandoori Rotis we will be making it very soon.....Let's Gets Started👍👍.....
Intresting fact about Gobi?
- Many People didn't know that Gobi is not an Asian Vegitable. Gobi was first originated in Africa. Approx its been 200 years since we have Gobi
- Gobi (Cauliflower) is used as replacement of rice in many places..But as they are hard to grow and Expensive so we didn't use it but it can used as replacement of rice..
- Cauliflower comes in 4 different colours ofcourse we all have seen the white creamy one but other three are - Orange, Green and Purple..
- And Most important thing Cauliflower helps to fight cancer and also reduce the chances of cancer!!!
Ingredients For Kofta
- Grated Cauliflower (Gobi)
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2-3Cchopped Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 4-5 tbsp Gram flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Ingredients For Curry
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Cinnamon (Dalchini)
- 4-5 Cloves(laung)
- 2 Bay leaf (tej patta)
- 7-8 Black Pepper
- Chopped coconut (Optional)

Method for Making Kofta
- Take Grated Gobi , add chopped Green Chillies , Ginger/garlic Paste , Sesame Seeds.
- Now Add all Masalas Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric Powder , Coriander Powder , Cumin seeds.Mix it.
- Add Chopped Onion and mix it.
- Now add Gram flour and mix it well like dough.
- After Dough is form , make the Small Balls of the dough.
- Now Heat the oil in Kadai.Leave the Koftas one by one in oil.
- Fry the Koftas untill Golden Brown..
- Remove in a plate and keep aside.
