What is Masala Chicken Lollipop...?
- Chicken Lollipop is an hors d'oeuvre popular in Indo-Chinese cuisine according to wikipedia. Chicken lollipop is usually prepared using the middle segment of the chicken wing or thigh.
- In this process Chicken is marignated for couple of hours and then it is deep fried in the oil. The exposed bone is sometimes wrapped in aluminum foil and it is usually served hot with schezwan sauce or any Chutney... Another way to make Masala Lollipop that this fried Lollipops are toss into gravey which is made by adding some sauces and chopped ginger, garlics, chillies etc. Masala Lollipop is also known as Apple Lollipop. This Masala Lillipops are very tasty and simple to make... Best option for parties.
INGREDIENTS :
- Preapred Chicken Lollipop
- Chopped Ginger
- Chopped Garlic
- Coriander Stem(Optional)
- Dry Red Chillies
- Chopped Onion
- Black Pepper Powder
- Coriander Powder(Optional)
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder/Food Color
- Lemon Juice/Vinegar
- Red Chilli Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Tomato Sauce
- Chopped Cabbage
- Spring Onion
- Coriander Leaves
- Conflour Slurry
- Sugar(Optional)
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Procedure Video...
PROCESS :
- Heat up oil in a pan, add Chopped garlics. Saute it for a min. Do not burn the garlics.
- Now Add Chopped Ginger, Coriander Stems, Dry Red Chillies, Saute it well.
- Add Chopped Onions and saute it well for a min.
- Now add Red Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce and Tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Add Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, and Coriander Leaves. Mix well.
- Now add Corn Flour Slurry and cook for a min. If you want more gravey then you can add water according to you.
- Add Chopped Cabbage and mix well. Lastly, add Preapred Crispy Chicken Lollipop and mix well.
- Toss the Lollipops and coat all the masala properly. Add salt and mix well.
- Garnish with Chopped Cabbage, Coriander Leaves and turn off the flame.
- Here our Masala Chicken Lollipop are ready to serve.ЁЯНЧЁЯШЛ

- Serve Hot with Schezwan Sauce or eat as it is...ЁЯШЛЁЯНЧ
