Hii Guys, Its Lockdown 5.0: Day 162...How are you...Hope all are fineЁЯШК...So,today I am here with everyone's Favourite ANDA BIRIYANI...In lockdown you are missing it...but don't take tension my recipe is hereЁЯШК...As ANDA/EGG Biriyani everybody likes but then thinking,that it is too hard to make...who will do that long process...??...this many questions arrised in your mind...ЁЯШГ?? But I made this recipe very simple and easy...in very less ingredients that also from kitchen only eggs from outsideЁЯШГ...no Rocket Science...ЁЯШГЁЯШКnow just see the video and do it simpleЁЯШК...So, Let's StartЁЯСНЁЯСН...Happy watching. :)
History of Egg Biriyani...?
- Biryani is a mixed rice dish with it's origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent.It is made with Indian spices, rice, and meat (chicken, beef, goat, pork, lamb, prawn, or fish),and sometimes,in addition,eggs /or potatoes in certain regional varieties.Biryani is popular throughout the Indian subcontinent,as well as among it's diaspora.It is also prepared in other regions such as Iran and Iraq.It is a dish that has acquired a niche for itself in South Asian cuisine...
- Anda Biriyani is Easy and quick yet impressive, this rice dish has eggs both hard boiled as well as scrambled...
INGREDIENTS :
For Rice :
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Bay Leaves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5-6 Black Pepper
- 5-6 Cloves
- Water
- Oil
For Egg Biryani :
- 4 Eggs , Boiled
- Biriyani Special Khada Masala Paste
- Fried Onion,sliced
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil

Procedure
For Rice:
- Heat up oil in Kadai add, Bay Leaves,Cinnamon Stick,Black Pepper,Cloves.Saute it.
- Add water and bring it to boil and add Salt to taste
- Add wash Rice.Mix well and Cook upto 80%.
- Here Rice is ready. Strain the rice in a plate and keep aside.
For Fried Eggs :
- Fristly boiled the Eggs(as per quantity).
- Remove the cover of eggs and coat them with Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste.
- Now heat oil in kadai,add eggs and shallow fry them for 5 mins.
- Remove the fried Eggs in a plate and keep aside.
For Egg/Anda Biryani :
- In a kadai heat oil add Prepared special biriyani Khada Masala Paste and saute it on medium high heat.
- Add Chopped Onions, saute it for minute and then add fried Onion.
- Now add all spices Red Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder and Garam Masala.Mix it properly.
- Add Prepared Boiled Rice combine the rice properly and add salt as per taste.Mix well.
- Lastly add Fried Boiled Eggs,Fried Onions and mix it well.
- So,here our Simple Spicy Egg Biriyani is ready to serve...ЁЯН╜ЁЯН▓ЁЯШЛЁЯеЪ

- Serve Hot...with Raita,Onion,Lemon...ЁЯШЛ
