Many of us things that Preparing Fried Chicken Dishes is Difficult Task.Today's blog will change your thought about Fried Chicken. It's not that difficult dish at all. Anyone can try at Home. The Ingredients are also Simple and Easily Avaialble.Lets Get Started.
History Of Chicken 65
- In 1965, Buhari Hotel in South Come Up with Unique Fried Chicken Which got Famous in all Over the World that is CHIKEN 65.
- There are many myths about this dish like It is made by using 65 Masala's from 65 villegs.
- Gravy Part Version of Chicken 65 is Chinese Version of Chicken 65 but our Indian Style Chicken 65 is just simple Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken which is Served with Tadka.Atleast in the Origin of Chicken 65 Where it is Actually Made First Time does not have any sauces or Chinese Masalas.
Ingrediants
- Chicken - (1/2 kg - Should have Small Size)
- Yogurt (Dahi)- 1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste (Adarak - Lehsun)-1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves(Dhaniya Patti)-1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder(Kaali Mirch Powder) - As per Taste
- Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 tbsp.
- Salt - As per taste
- Red Chilli Powder (Kashmeri Mirch Powder)- 3 tbsp
- Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
- Oil - To Deep Fry

Step 3
- Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste in It. Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 4
- Add Some Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya Patti).Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 5
- Add Black Pepper Powder (Kaali Mirch Powder) in It. Black Pepper is Saul of This Dish and The Entire Taste Depends on This Ingredient. You can add it as per taste. I have added 3 tbsp because I like it More Spicy.
- Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 6
- Add 1 tbsp Rosted Cumin Powder (Jeera Poswer ). You can add simple Jeera Powder without Roasting
- Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 7
- Now Add Salt as per the Taste.Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 8
- Add Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri Mirch Powder). Use Chilli Powder which gives More Colour. I have used Kashmiri Mirch it gives more Colour.Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
- Now Left it for 5 mins to get Marinate
Step 9
- Now Add a 1/2 Cup Rice Flour to the Mixture.Mix it well. Make Sure it Applies on All of Pieces.
Step 10
- Now Deep Fry it in Kadhai or Pan. Make sure All Sides of Pieces gets Fried
Step 11
- Now Just Serve it With Onions and Coriander Leaves.
